Classic Set
Classic sets are individually applied, single lashes - there are no volume fans in this set. Classic might be for you if:
You’re not sure which set is right for you
You’re looking to enhance your natural lashes with length
You normally wear very natural or no makeup
Hybrid Set
Hybrid sets are individually applied, single lashes with hand-made volume fans sprinkled in for a long, whispy look. Hybrid might be for you if:
You want a bolder look but not as dramatic as a full volume set
You’re looking to enhance your natural lashes with length and volume
You normally wear makeup
Volume Set
Volume sets are primarily hand-made volume fans for our most dramatic look. Volume might be for you if:
You love a bold, dramatic lash
You’re looking for high density, long length lashes
You normally wear full face makeup
NOT EVERYONE IS A CANDIDATE FOR A VOLUME LASH SET. Depending on the health of your natural lashes, your artist may recommend a different option.

Your lash extensions are individually applied to your natural lashes; as your natural lashes shed, so will your extensions. Most clients get a fill every 2 weeks to keep their lashes looking great!

Everyone’s lash retention is different and based on many factors including density of natural lashes, speed of shedding, diet, makeup wear, cleansing, and so forth. But here’s a good idea:
85%+ remaining - 30 minute refresh
65% -75% remaining - 1 hour fill
50% remaining - 1.5 hour fill
Less than 50% - you need a new set
Not sure? Book for more time than you need! We will fill the whole time you’re there or reduce your appointment fee.

Depending on the style of set you choose, your initial appointment will take anywhere from 2.5 - 3.5 hours. We have a 3-way adjustable treatment table so we know you’ll be comfortable while we work on your lashes. Bring your airpods or take a nap! We won’t be offended at all :)

Yes!! PUH-LEEEZ clean your lashes - this will help them last longer too. You can wash your lashes with our lash wash (sold in the spa) or an oil-free, gentle foaming cleanser.

We would really rather not. Every artist has their own philosophy, style of lashing and material choices which drastically effects lash retention and overall esthetic. If you’re not happy with your lash set from another artist, we usually recommend a removal (complimentary) and then a new full set.

No. We do not offer mega volume sets (sometimes known as Hollywood volume/Russian Volume/etc) because they are very damaging to the natural lash. Usually almost every lash has a volume fan which makes the extensions too heavy for your natural lashes.

Mink is fur (as in, fur from a live animal), which you certainly don’t want close to your eyeball. We do offer faux-mink lashes which are long, whispy and reminiscent of real mink. Any lash studio you visit will only have faux-mink. “Real mink” is most likely a marketing ploy.
